Grilling: For a smoky flavor, you can grill the corn instead of boiling it. Brush the corn with oil and grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Then drizzle with the chili sauce.
Butter: For extra richness, spread butter on the hot corn before drizzling with chili.
Lime: A squeeze of fresh lime juice over the chili-drizzled corn adds a bright, tangy flavor.
Cheese: Sprinkle some crumbled cotija cheese or feta cheese over the corn for a salty and creamy addition.
Herbs: Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped finely, can be sprinkled on top for a fresh herbal touch.
Chili Variations: experiment with different pre-made chili sauces. Scotch bonnet, habanero, or chipotle based sauces will all provide unique flavor profiles.
Local Chili: If local Zambian chili sauces are available, those would be a fantastic addition to the corn.
